Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TronHook platform, API, dashboard, and website at tronhook.com (collectively, the "Service") provided by TronHook ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" means the TronHook platform, including the REST API, webhook delivery infrastructure, dashboard, and documentation.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Webhook Stream" means a configured channel through which blockchain event notifications are delivered to your specified endpoint.
• "Blockchain Data" means publicly available data from the TRON network, including but not limited to transaction records, token transfers, and smart contract events.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, webhook signing secrets, and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Service Description

TronHook provides real-time webhook delivery for TRON blockchain events. The Service monitors solidified (finalized) blocks on the TRON network and delivers HMAC-signed HTTP notifications to your configured endpoints for events matching your stream filters, including TRX transfers, TRC-20 token transfers, and smart contract interactions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions of the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam via webhook endpoints you do not own or control.
• Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

The Service is offered under tiered plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with varying limits on webhook streams, monitored addresses, and daily events. Current pricing is available at tronhook.com/#pricing.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• If you exceed your plan limits, we may throttle delivery or prompt you to upgrade.

6. Service Availability and SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for webhook delivery infrastructure. However, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time operation. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, TRON network conditions, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Webhook deliveries include automatic retries (up to 5 attempts with adaptive backoff) for failed deliveries. Delivery logs are retained according to your plan tier.

7. Blockchain Data Disclaimer

TRONHOOK DELIVERS PUBLICLY AVAILABLE BLOCKCHAIN DATA AS-IS. WE DO NOT VERIFY, VALIDATE, OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY BLOCKCHAIN DATA DELIVERED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

• TronHook is a technical infrastructure service. We are not a financial institution, exchange, custodian, or broker.
• We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Webhook data should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions, trading strategies, or regulatory compliance.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon blockchain data delivered by the Service.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from decisions made based on webhook data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, API, documentation, and branding, is owned by TronHook and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You retain ownership of your webhook configurations, endpoint URLs, and any data you provide to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRONHOOK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT BLOCKCHAIN DATA DELIVERED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TronHook and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law, or (d) actions taken based on blockchain data delivered through the Service.

12. Termination

• By you: you may close your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. No refunds for unused portions of paid plans unless required by law.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We may also discontinue the Service entirely with 30 days' notice.
• Effect of termination: upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TronHook operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TronHook regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
